Trivia Answer: The two procedure words that are NEVER to be said togetherare "Over and Out." "Over" means "I am finished with my message and am waiting for a reply," while "Out" means "I am finished, no reply expected". So, "Over and Out" may sound official, but it is incorrect.  If you knew the correct answer without Googling it, I want to know how. Please email me at mlawlor@afcea.org.
