Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) are becoming increasingly vital to agencies by enabling them to leverage the government�s buying power, achieve multi-agency objectives, and acquire acquisition and contract management functions at competitive rates. As the number of companies seeking schedule contracts has roughly doubled over the last several years, with over 80 percent being small businesses, knowing how to effectively leverage GWACs is critical for companies to meet agency objectives and grow their business. These contracts are rapidly evolving and new vehicles are on the horizon, from NITAAC�s CIO-SP3 and ECS III to GSA�s OASIS vehicle for integrated services to the next-generation NASA SEWP V.
