The Marine Corps seeks to have balanced capabilities strategically located between Hawaii Guam Japan and Australia so they can train exercise and operate with allies and partners and to be able to respond to crises and promote security cooperation across the region.MARFORPAC is focused on reassuring allies deterring aggression responding to small-scale contingencies and assisting partner nations in their efforts across the region.
