AFCEA CMD 2nd Annual Ski Trip Central Maryland Chapter

Reserve your room now for our second annual YAC Ski Trip! You don't need to be a YAC to join in on the fun - come enjoy a fun weekend on the slopes and network with other AFCEAns and their families. All prices are based on double occupancy. $379 per person for adults and $117 for children (age 6- 11). This includes a ski pass valid Friday at 4pm through Sunday at 7pm. We are planning a ski race on Saturday afternoon held on the NASTAR race course, followed by an afternoon happy hour to recognize race winners. For more information about the resort, please visit the 7 Springs website. To reserve your room simply pay a deposit of $210, then we will contact you for the balance. With this package, you¿ll enjoy: Resort Lodging, A Wonderful Breakfast Buffet Each Morning, an Aprés Ski Dinner Buffet (on Saturday evening), Ski/board ticket valid from 4 p.m. the day of arrival until 7 p.m. the day of departure. (Ski & Save Package includes complimentary night skiing, only if conditions permit.) Complimentary Overnight Ski Check, Use of the Indoor Swimming Pool and Fitness Room, Discounts on Standard Ski/Snowboard Rentals and Lessons, All Taxes and Service Charges Seven Springs offers plenty of activities and excitement after a day on the slopes: Snow Tubing, Video Game Rooms, Snowshoeing, Full-Service Spa, Swimming, Roller Skating*, Racquetball, Four Lounges, Snowcat Rides, Ziplining, NASTAR Race Course, Numerous Shops and Boutiques, 12 Restaurants and Eateries, Miniature Golf, Sporting Clays, Hot Tubs, Fitness Room, Bowling, Snowmobiling, Sleigh Rides *- Not recommended by some AFCEAns Children: The child¿s rate applies to those age 6 - 11 only if they share a room with an adult. Children 5 and under stay and ski/board free, but a ¿child 5 and under ski/board ticket¿ must be received from the Ski Ticket office. Rental equipment is additional for those 5 and under. Ski/Board Tickets: You may know them as lift tickets, but Seven Springs refers to them as ski/board tickets. A valid ski/board ticket must be attached to your clothing and visible when on any snow surface in the skiing area, even if you do not use a chairlift or tow. A valid ski/board ticket is required when renting equipment and taking lessons. Inclement Weather: No refund will be granted if any portion of the mountain, slopes and/or trail system is open and serviced by a lift. Non-Skier Gift Card: Non-skiers may exchange their ski/board tickets for a Seven Springs Gift Card, which may be used toward the purchase of any activity such as snow tubing, mini- golf, roller skating, bowling, etc. These gift cards may also be used at any Seven Springs-owned food and beverage or retail outlet. Arrangements for exchanging a ski/board ticket for a gift card must be made prior to arrival by the group leader. Once a ski/board ticket has been used it cannot be exchanged for a gift card. Transportation: To make the weekend convenient for all, you are responsible for your own transportation. Want more info?
