Mr. Scott Winn Strajillion Industry Representative Scott Winn, Vice President of Business Development, Tresys Technology
Scott Winn has over 30 years of leadership and management experience. His career as an Intelligence Officer and business leader gives him unique insight and perspective which is directly relevant to Tresys’ Defense and Intelligence Community clients. Mr. Winn has executive and management experience with public companies such as Gartner, EDS, MCI WorldCom, and TESSCO Technologies, as well as with small business.
Scott spent 26 years in uniform, the first ten years in enlisted assignments as a linguist during which he flew over 3600 hours as a USAF reconnaissance crewmember. After transitioning from active duty to the reserves, Scott was commissioned as an Army Intelligence Officer, served as an Intel Officer at the Battalion and Brigade Level, Commanded a Military Intelligence Company, and was Chief Instructor at Army Officer Candidate School. His awards and Decorations include seven Air Medals, four Army Commendation Medals, two Army Achievement Medals, the Armed Forces Expeditionary medal, and USAF Senior Aircrew Wings.
Scott is a graduate of Excelsior College with a BS Degree in Political Science and Chinese Area Studies. In addition to serving on the Technology Committee, he is an active member of several industry associations.
