Force Protection Industries To Supply Fire Extinguisher Kits Under Contract
Force Protection Industries Inc. has received a $4.6 million firm-fixed-priced modification under an existing contract delivery order for the purchase of 2,451 automatic fire extinguisher system kits. Under the contract, the kits will be installed on the Cougar Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles. Work is expected to be completed in February 2011. The Marine Corps Systems Command is the contracting activity.
