86th Airlift Wing Receives Hyde as Commander

Col. Charles K. Hyde, USAF, has been selected for promotion to the rank of brigadier general and assignment as commander, 86th Airlift Wing, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
