BAE Receives Radar Contract

BAE Systems, Totowa, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $62,339,927 firm-fixed-price modification (P00005) adding line items to an existing contract (SPE4AX-14-D-9497) for aircraft advanced radar warning receivers. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1). Locations of performance are in New Jersey and New York, with a June 15, 2018, performance completion date. Using military service is Air Force and various countries in the Foreign Military Sales program. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2018 Air Force working capital funds and foreign military sales funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
