MacAulay-Brown Performing A2AD Research for Air Force Research Laboratory

MacAulay-Brown Inc., Dayton, Ohio, has been awarded a $9,186,928 cost-plus-fixed-fee task order for anti-access area denial (A2AD) synthetic battlespace prototyping methodologies research and development. This task order will evolve research methodologies for rapid assessments (qualitative and quantitative) of advanced sensors and electronic warfare technologies through synthetic battlespace simulation. In addition, this task order will develop real-time simulation methodologies/technologies for rapidly-evolving/evaluating advanced sensors/electronic warfare technologies/capabilities in an A2AD environment. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio; and Dayton, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by September 22, 2021. Fiscal year 2018 research and development funds in the amount of $1,928,007 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
