Rita We do not currently have an NIE gap or objective to utilize Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) data to improve the Battlespace Awareness Mission Area.I recommend continuing to monitor the Networking the Soldier website's Industry page (http://www.bctmod.army.mil/development_focus/index.html) often for upcoming NIE solicitations and Industry Day information. Solicitations will include information on NIE gaps and objectives.Interested industry candidates should also look for NIE Sources Sought solicitations on the Federal Business Opportunities Website (www.fbo.gov). There is an Agile Process brochure at the bottom of the industry information page listed above that explains how candidates can participate in the NIE, key dates (subject to change), instructions on how to search for/quickly locate the latest NIE Sources Sought information on the FBO website, etc.
