The deadline for submitting technical papers drafts, tutorial proposals and panel proposals for MILCOM ’13 is now April 30, 2013, and the requirement for submitting abstracts has been eliminated. Acceptance notifications will go out on June 28, 2013. The deadline for final papers, tutorial materials and panel materials is August 16, 2013. Professionals in industry, academia and government are encouraged to contribute and participate in this event, which takes place November 18 to 20, 2013, at the San Diego Convention Center in California. Titled “Balancing Commercial and Defense Technologies,” MILCOM ’13 will feature speakers, panel discussions, training courses, opportunities to earn continuing education units and exhibits. Technical tracks include waveforms and signal processing, networking protocols and performance, cybersecurity and trusted computing, and international perspectives on communications.
