TeleCommunication Systems Incorporated recently announced that it has been awarded a new order with a ceiling value of more than $9 million to provide 3-dimensional terrain mapping software and database models as well as training and exercises to the U.S. Army. The order is funded by the Program Executive Office Aviation and relates to the continued supply of equipment to the Unmanned Aerial System Project Office and the Small Unmmanned Aerial Vehicle Product Office. This award was made under the Army's $5 billion World-Wide Satellite Systems contract vehicle in support of the Project Manager for the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical.
DLT Solutions, Herndon, Virginia, is being awarded a contract valued at more than $6 million for database software licenses and technical support for the Office of Naval Intelligence. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvannia, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Eagan, Minnesota, is being awarded a $7 million contract modification to support the Pakistan Navy's P-3C upgrade efforts under the Foreign Military Sales program. Support to be provided includes labor, aircraft hangar costs, and acoustic receiver technical refresh program report resolution required to upgrade and overhaul seven P-3C aircraft. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.
