Insitu Incorporated, Bingen, Washington, is being awarded $10,976,866 for firm-fixed-price delivery order 0007 against a previously issued basic rrdering agreement (N68335-11-G-0009) for the procurement of one ScanEagle System that consists of nine ScanEagle Electro-Optics and three ScanEagle Infra-red Unmanned Air Vehicles for the government of Yemen under the Foreign Military Sales program.

Insitu Inc., Bingen, Wash., is being awarded $7,264,250 for firm-fixed-price delivery order #0016 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-12-G-0008) for hardware repairs and modifications to previously procured ScanEagle Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) for the government of Poland under the foreign military sales program. This effort procures spares, operations and maintenance training, and technical UAS publications.

Insitu, Bingen, Washington, recently announced that it has signed a contract to deliver its ScanEagle unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) to the Netherlands to provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) for the Ministry of Defense (MOD). The Netherlands will use ScanEagle both domestically and abroad. ScanEagle will provide an ISR capability during the second half of 2012, replacing a program that ended in the middle of 2011.
