Lockheed Martin to Enhance MH-60R Data Link Software

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training, Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $13,516,318 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order #4083 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement for the implementation, integration and testing of MH-60R data link/data fusion enhancements to existing MH-60R capabilities as a software modification. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

L-3 Receives $32 Million Data Link Contract

L-3 Communication Systems, Salt Lake City, Utah, recently received a $32 million contract modification for the procurement of hardware for the common data link Hawklink system for the MH-60R helicopter, including the manufacture, test, and delivery of six AN/SRQ-4(Ku) radio terminal sets for ship small surface combatants and 52 AN/ARQ-59 RTS systems. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Rockwell to Provide Radio and Data Link Systems for P-3C/EP-3 Aircraft

Rockwell Collins Incorporated, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $29 million contract for the procurement of 55 AN/ARC-243 high frequency radio/ACQ-8 data link systems for the P-3C/EP-3 aircraft for the U.S. Navy, the Government of Norway, and various foreign military sales customers. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.

Data Link Solutions to Provide Multi-Functional Information Distribution Systems

Data Link Solutions LLC has received a $32 million, firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursement contract to provide multi-functional information distribution system (MIDS) on ship (MOS) and associated Link 16 systems. The MOS provides high power Link 16 shipboard systems by integrating the MIDS low volume terminal into the shipboard tactical data link environment. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command awarded the contract on behalf of its organizational partner, the U.S. Navy's program executive office for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. The contract includes four one-year options that could bring the cumulative value to an estimated $160.6 million.
