The U.S. Air Force has awarded Rockwell Collins, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, a contract to provide systems integration and avionics for the KC-10 Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) Cockpit Modernization Program.
