Saudi Arabia Purchases Rockwell Collins Receiver-Transmitters

Rockwell Collins Incorporated, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $14,495,712 contract  to exercise an option for 168 RT-1851A(C)/ARC receiver-transmitters (including royalty fees) for the government of Saudi Arabia under the Foreign Military Sales program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Rockwell to Provide Radio Terminals

Rockwell Collins Incorporated, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $10,935, 638 firm-fixed- price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of 120 QNT-200 radio terminals, including up to 18,240 hours of incidental equipment modifications services. The QNT-200 radio terminal provides Internet Protocol network connectivity and is integrated into communication jamming pods and electronic warfare laboratories. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, California, is the contracting activity.

 

Rockwell Collins to Provide MH-60 Radio Equipment

Rockwell Collins Incorporated, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $6,505,448 contract modification to exercise an option to provide AN/ARC-210(V) electronic radio and ancillary equipment for the MH-60 aircraft. The modification provides for the following quantities: 48 RT-1990(C)/ARC receiver-transmitters for MH-60R and 28 RT-1990(C)/ARC receiver-transmitters for MH-60S. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Rockwell Collins E-2C Trainer Contract

Rockwell Collins Simulation & Training Solutions L.L.C., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $37,584,481 firm-fixed-price, fixed-price-incentive-fee contract to conduct the E-2C weapon system trainer and simulated maintenance trainer modifications for software modifications and trainer obsolescence upgrades. These trainer modifications will support the E-2C program. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity.

Rockwell Collins Incorporated, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded an $8,013,321 contract modification to exercise an option to provide AN/ARC-210(V) electronic radio and ancillary equipment for the H-1. The contract provides for the following: C-12561A/ARC control, radio sets, quantity of 15; MT-6567/ARC mounting bases, quantity of 86; MT-7006/ARC amplifier mounts, quantity of 15; AM-7526/ARC high power amplifier mounts, quantity of 15; MX-11641/ATRC LNA diplexers, quantity of 15; AS-3972/A nine-inch tunable antennas, quantity of 56; CV-4092/A digital converter, quantity of 26; and RT-1939(C)/ARC receiver-transmitter, quantity of 71. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Modernized User Equipment Contract Modified

Rockwell Collins Incorporated, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $20,808,237 cost-plus-award-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the Modernized User Equipment (MUE) completion effort. This effort corrects MUE receiver card deficiencies that were identified during functional qualification testing, in order for the receiver cards to comply with contract requirements.  This effort also implements updated MUE interface control documents; adds functionality to delivered military-code Global Positioning System receivers to provide additional military utility; and increases performance design margin in functions within receivers for future military-code receiver developments. The location of the performance is Cedar Rapids, Iowa. SMC/GPK, El Segundo, California, is the contracting activity.

Rockwell Provides Black Hawk Simulator Device

Research Lab Seeks to Replace Traditional GPS Receivers

Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corporation, San Diego, California; Rockwell Collins Incorporated, Government Systems, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Raytheon Company, Space and Airborne Systems, El Segundo, California, are each being awarded a $47 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the Trinity Program, which seeks to develop a "navigation warfare sensor" that could replace traditional Global Positioning System receivers on a variety of Department of Defense platforms, resulting in a significant increase in the number of future weapon systems operating in highly challenged electromagnetic environments, having the capability to support electronic support operations as a part of planned missions. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
