STARA Technologies to Support Ground Surveillance in Afghanistan

Lockheed to Provide Avionics Prototyping for Presidential Helicopter

Lockheed Martin Logistic Services Incorporated, Greenville, South Carolina, is being awarded a $44,648,529 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for prototyping, non-recurring engineering, fabrication, installation, integration, testing, debugging, technical support services, documentation, and maintenance of aircraft avionics systems, ground systems, and laboratory electronic and electromechanical equipment for presidential helicopter and executive transport programs. These efforts are in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division's Avionics Architecture and Systems Engineering Division (AIR-4.5.1). The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Motorola to Support Radio Infrastructure for Capitol Police

Motorola Solutions Incorporated, Columbia, Maryland, is being awarded a $16,495,982 firm-fixed-price contract for commercially available infrastructure components, voice logging recorders, dispatch console systems, and subscriber units in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, St. Inigoes, Maryland, Special Communications Requirements Division. This equipment will be used to support the integration of a Project 25 public safety radio infrastructure for the United States Capitol Police areas of responsibility within the National Capital Region. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed to Provide to Provide H-60 Radar Technology

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Owego, New York, is being awarded a $26,487,920 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for the development, production, and testing of five First Article Operation Test Program sets (OTPS) with accompanying technical data for weapons replaceable assemblies (WRAs) for the H-60 Aircraft. The WRAs are part of the multi-mode radar sub-system with the automated radar periscope detection and discrimination (ARPDD) upgrade. The requirement also includes four sets of ARPDD assemblies as units under test to be used in the development and testing of the OTPSs. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.

APIC Corporation to Develop Integrated Photonics Technology

APIC Corporation, Culver City, California, is being awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded Section 845 other transaction agreement with a not-to-exceed ceiling price of $16 million for Phase V Network Enable Wavelength Division Multiplexing-Highly Integrated Photonics (NEW-HIP) technology maturation efforts. Efforts will address the advancing system-level technology readiness level; manufacturing readiness level advancement for both the digital and analog network components; and link testing of digital and analog links using the application-specific components developed under the Navy NEW-HIP Program.
