Saudi Arabia Purchases Rockwell Collins Receiver-Transmitters

Rockwell Collins Incorporated, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $14,495,712 contract  to exercise an option for 168 RT-1851A(C)/ARC receiver-transmitters (including royalty fees) for the government of Saudi Arabia under the Foreign Military Sales program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

BAE to Provide Friend or Foe Identification Technology for Three Countries

BAE Systems IESI, Greenlawn, New York, is being awarded a $13,480,910 firm-fixed-price contract to procure common (identification friend or foe) digital transponder (CXP) hardware. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy and Army and the governments of Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Northrop to Provide Vehicle Intercoms to Saudi Arabia

Lockheed Martin to Supply Gunnery Trainers to Saudi Arabia

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Orlando, Florida, was recently awarded a nearly $32 million contract to provide for the acquisition of four Mobile Advanced Gunnery Training Systems and eight Deployable Advanced Gunnery Training Systems, with new-equipment training and logistics support, for the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Program Executive Office of Simulation, Training and Instrumentation, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity.

Navy Modifies Friend or Foe Identification Contract for Multiple Governments

BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Incorporated, Greenlawn, New York, is being awarded a $25 million contract modification to exercise an option for the procurement and integration of various CXP identification friend or foe hardware for the U.S. Navy, Army, and Air Force; and the governments of Canada, Taiwan, and Saudi Arabia. Hardware being procured includes common digital transponders, mounts, receivers and transmitters, signal processors, power supplies, battery packs, and Mode 5 modification kits. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

The Systems Group to Support Saudi Arabia AWACS
