Lockheed Martin to Provide Integrated Common Processor to Japan

Lockheed Martin Corp., Manassas, Va., is being awarded an $11,912,771 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract for the Integrated Common Processor Program. The organization will provide software and hardware development, production, installation, training, maintenance and provisioned items under the Maritime Surveillance Systems Program Office, PMS-485, Program Executive Office Submarines, Naval Sea Systems Command. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of the contract to an estimated $83,502,467. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (90 percent) and the government of Japan (10 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N00039-14-C-0035).  

U.S. Navy Purchases Lockheed Communications Equipment

Lockheed Martin Corp., Mission Support and Training, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $103,865,047 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee, system design and development contract (N68335-10-C-0225) to exercise two options for the procurement of 36 electronic Consolidated Automated Support System (eCASS) low rate initial production units. Systems being procured include: eCASS radio frequency systems (36), self-maintenance and test calibration operational test program sets (10), calibration equipment kits (10), shore installation kits (36), ship installation kits (4), test program set development environment suites (5) and installations (18). Lockheed to Provide Sniper Pods to Saudi Arabia

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Fla., has been awarded an $8,808,979 (not-to-exceed) firm-fixed-price modification (P00004) on an existing contract (FA8540-12-C-0012) for sniper advanced targeting pods (ATP) for the Royal Saudi Air Force. The contractor will provide compact multiband data link software and firmware configuration support on the RSAF's F-15SA aircraft and provide resources required for the management, fabrication, repair, support, testing and shipping of its non-developmental item sniper ATP system. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin to Modernize Apache Night Vision

Lockheed Martin Corp., Orlando, Fla., was awarded a $92,915,233 contract modification (P00015) to contract W58RGZ-12-C-0009 to exercise option year two of the Apache attack helicopter performance based logistics program to modernize target designation sight/pilot’s night vision sensor equipment. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal (Aviation), Ala., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin to Produce Conformal Arrays

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems & Training, Liverpool, N.Y., is being awarded a $24,462,051 fixed-price incentive, firm-fixed-price, and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the production and support of AN/BQS-25 low-cost conformal arrays (LCCA). The AN/BQS-25 LCCA is a passive planar array mounted on the aft submarine sail structure that is integrated with the acoustic rapid commercial-off-the-shelf insertion AN/BQQ-10 system to provide situational awareness and collision avoidance for improved tactical control in high-density environments. This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $92,476,516. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-14-C-6227).    

U.S. Navy Modifies Submarine Acoustics Contract

Lockheed Martin Corp., Mission Systems and Training, Manassas, Va., is being awarded a $124,531,317 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-6294) for the development and production of the acoustic rapid commercial-off-the-shelf insertion (A-RCI) and common acoustics processing for Technology Insertion 12 (TI12) through Technology Insertion 14 (TI14) for the U.S. submarine fleet. A-RCI is a sonar system that integrates and improves towed array, hull array, sphere array, and other ship sensor processing, through rapid insertion of commercial off-the-shelf based hardware and software. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington Navy Yard, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Receives GPS Contract Modification

Lockheed Martin to Support Rocket Launcher Fire Control Systems

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded $17,658,738 firm-fixed-price contract for life cycle launcher support for Multiple Launch Rocket System High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Launcher Module and HIMARS/m270a1 launcher fire control systems. Estimated completion date is June 30, 2014. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (Missile) Ala., is the contracting agency (W31P4Q-14-C-0057).

Lockheed Martin to Retrofit F-22s with Night Vision Capability

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $19,763,075 option exercise (P0050) to an existing cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (FA8611-08-C-2897) to retrofit fielded mission training centers without the window visual systems upgrade and night vision goggles capability. Effort includes upgrades for F-22 training systems at Sheppard Air Force Base (AFB), Texas; Tyndall AFB, Fla.; Langley AFB, Va.; Hickam AFB, Hawaii, and Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems & Training, Akron, Ohio, has been awarded an $11,386,743 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (HR0011-14-C-0016). The contracting activity is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Va.
