Lockheed Martin Corporation, Owego, New York, is being awarded a $26,487,920 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for the development, production, and testing of five First Article Operation Test Program sets (OTPS) with accompanying technical data for weapons replaceable assemblies (WRAs) for the H-60 Aircraft. The WRAs are part of the multi-mode radar sub-system with the automated radar periscope detection and discrimination (ARPDD) upgrade.
