Elbit Systems Ltd., Haifa, Israel, announced today that it was awarded an Israeli Ministry of Defense contract, in the amount of approximately $23 million, for the operation and maintenance of its ground simulators in use by the Israeli ground forces. The 5-year contract includes a variety of simulators, both fixed and mobile, dedicated to training for tanks, armored combat vehicles, driving simulators, intelligence training and other applications.

EFW Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded an $11,666,579 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-13-C-0037) to exercise an option for the installation and procurement of helmet display tracker system (HDTS) kits for AH-1W aircraft, including nine HTDS P-kits, 29 AH-1W Helmet kits, and installation of 54 HDTS. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

EFW Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $19,824,724 firm-fixed-price, undefinitized contract for multi-purpose color display replacement. This is a five-year base, sole-source contract. Location of performance is Texas and Israel, with a September 2018 performance completion date. Using military services is Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2013 Navy working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pa., (SPRPA1-13-G-004X-1000).

Elbit Systems has, announced that its Australian subsidiary, Elbit Systems of Australia Pty Ltd (ELSA), was awarded a contract in the amount of  approximately $32 million U.S. dollars ($35 million Australian dollars) to supply the Australian Federal Police with an Investigation, Intelligence and Incident Management (IIIM) Solution to be supplied over a four-year period.

Elbit Systems Limited was recently awarded an order by the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD) for the supply of Armored Driving Trainers (ADTs) for several Israel Defense Forces combat vehicle types as well as for a Forward Observer Trainer (FOT) for surveillance and observation of Israel's borders. Mounted on top a motion platform, Elbit Systems' Armored Driving Trainer (ADT) enables 6 degrees freedom of movement and supports driver training in a wide range of combat and non-combat scenarios.

Elbit Systems Ltd., Haifa, Israel, recently announced that it was awarded a $40 million order by the Israel Ministry of Defense (MOD) for the follow-on Digital Army Program (DAP). The total value of this phase of the program is approximately $300 million and the additional orders are due to be received subsequently. The DAP enables force coordination at all levels, access to updated situational pictures, improved overall operational capabilities, including survivability and accuracy and more efficient utilization of personnel and other resources.

Elbit Systems of America, dba Kollsman, Incorporated, Merrimack, New Hampshire, is being awarded a contract potentially valued at more than $10 million for the Joint Terminal Attack Controller Laser Target Designator (JTAC LTD). The basic contract will be for three first article units, 150 production units, a lot of initial issue spares and training.
