AAI Corp., Hunt Valley, Maryland, was awarded a $27,593,319 modification (P00035) to contract W58RGZ-13-C-0108 to incorporate reliability technology refreshments, improvements and technology insertions into the Shadow unmanned aircraft system. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $ 27,593,319 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is March 29, 2016. Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Textron Systems, Unmanned Systems, Hunt Valley, Maryland, was awarded a $51,762,329 modification (P00025) to contract W58RGZ-14-C-0001 for performance based logistics and operational support for Shadow tactical unmanned aircraft systems for the Army and Marine Corps. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) and other procurement funds in the amount of $45,404,029 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is Oct. 31, 2015. Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Maryland, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

AAI Corporation, Hunt Valley, Maryland, was awarded an $82,215,853 modification (P00020) to foreign military sales, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract W58RGZ-14-C-0001 to acquire Shadow unmanned aircraft systems performance-based logistics and sustainment/operations. Fiscal year 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) and other procurement funds in the amount of $15,599,124 were obligated at the time of the award. After award of this modification, the total cumulative contract value will be $215,842,143. Estimated completion date is Oct. 31, 2015.
