Small Businesses Awarded $960 Million Air and Space Intelligence Contract

Radiance Technologies Inc., Huntsville, Alabama (FA8604-15-D-7976); Integrity Applications Inc., Chantilly, Virginia (FA8604-15-D- 7975); and Invertix Corp., McLean, Virginia (FA8604-15-D- 7977), have been awarded a combined $960,000,000 indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract for services in support of the Advanced Technical Exploitation Program II. Contractors will perform research, development, system sustainment, and intelligence production activities utilizing geospatial-intelligence and non-nuclear measurement and signature intelligence data at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. Work will primarily be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio; the contract has an ordering period through Oct. 2, 2018, with an option to extend the ordering period through Oct. 2, 2022. This award is the result of a competitive total small business set aside acquisition. Funds will be obligated through individual task orders. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Receives SAVANT Intelligence Contract

Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corporation, Herndon, Virginia, is being awarded an $11,799,904 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide for the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and operational support at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center for the Systematic Architecture for Virtual Analytic Net-Centric Threat Intelligence (SAVANT), space support and SAVANT controlled interface. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Supports Intelligence Center

Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corporation Herndon, Virginia, is being awarded a $10,999,921, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for providing technical and engineering support to operate and maintain National Air and Space Intelligence Center databases, tools, dynamic web-based products, and related systems and capabilities. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, New York, is the contracting activity.

GD to Support Intelligence Center

General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, Fairfax, Virginia has been awarded a more than $4 million task order to provide airborne advanced geospatial intelligence battlespace awareness support to the U.S. Air Force's National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). General Dynamics will directly support national priorities, including overseas operations and missile defense, by providing hyper-spectral and multi-spectral imagery production and analysis, data processing and analysis, analytic support, publishing and distribution, and training. NASIC serves as the national and U.S. Defense Department executive agent for the processing, exploitation, analysis, integration and dissemination of measurement and signature intelligence data collected from radar, electro-optical and infrared technical sensors. It prepares signatures of threat targets, develops analytical tools for technical analysis and provides these techniques for the fusion of data in direct support of operational missions.
