Northrop Grumman Awarded DARPA Contract

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has awarded Northrop Grumman Corporation the first phase of a $28.9 million Nitride Electronic NeXt Generation Technology (NEXT) contract. The work will develop next-generation gallium nitride technology to support defense communications, aircraft and space systems. The first phase of the contract is worth $12.4 million.

Northrop Grumman Wins Bid to Integrate Electronic Travel Service

Northrop Grumman Corporation has been awarded a task order from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to support the office's integration to the GovTrip electronic travel service. The GovTrip integration will help the GAO increase efficiency and reduce travel costs. Work on the task order will last for four years and will take place in Fairfax, Virginia.

Northrop Grumman Wins U.S. Navy Logistics Support Contract

The U.S. Navy has awarded Northrop Grumman Corporation subsidiary AMSEC LLC a five-year contract with a potential value of $18.7 million under the Navy's seaport enhanced contract for logistics knowledge management and process support for Integrated Logistics Services. The services are for hull, mechanical and electrical technical data development, maintenance and management.

Northrop Grumman Awarded Army Security Assistance Training Contract

The U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command and the Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center has awarded Northrop Grumman a five-year contract valued up to $140 million. The company will support training, logistics and maintenance of selected friendly foreign military and paramilitary forces through the use of security assistance teams.

Northrop Grumman Corporation's Sperry Marine business unit has been awarded a contract to supply integrated bridge systems (IBS) for four new product tankers being built in Brazil. Sperry Marine is supplying a complete VisionMaster FT IBS with WideView high-resolution displays. The system includes a three-node electronic chart display and information system, navigation radars, adaptive self-tuning autopilot, voyage data recorder, speed and heading sensors, and other navigation components.
