Northrop Grumman Awarded Department of the Interior IT Support Contract

The U.S. Department of the Interior has awarded Northrop Grumman Corporation a contract to maintain and support the information technology infrastructure for the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) 200 offices and more than 12,500 employees across the United States. The contract has an estimated value of $56 million, based upon a full performance of all anticipated task orders for the one base year and six one-year extensions.

Northrop Grumman Wins Contract to Provide Software Engineering Support to the Army

Northrop Grumman Corporation has been awarded a delivery order to provide software engineering support to the Headquarters, U.S. Army, Europe and Seventh Army for mission critical defense systems, including command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) systems serving U.S. Army, Joint, Coalition and North Atlantic Treaty Organization operations. The delivery order has a potential value of $71.2 million over three years.

Northrop Grumman Awarded $374 Million Construction Preparation Contract for Second Gerald R. Ford-Class Aircraft Carrier

Northrop Grumman Corporation has received a $374 million cost-type contract award for construction preparation of the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier CVN 79. The carrier, which has yet to be been named, is the second ship of the Gerald R. Ford class. The company's shipbuilding sector will perform the work, which includes design efforts, planning and the procurement of long lead-time material such as propulsion machinery.

Northrop Grumman to Supply Navigation Systems for New Fast Patrol Boats for Trinidad and Tobago

Northrop Grumman Corporation's Sperry Maine business unit has been selected to supply integrated bridge systems (IBS) for six fast patrol craft being built by Austal Shipyards in Australia for the government of Trinidad and Tobago. The IBS will be based on Sperry Marine's new generation VisionMaster FT technology. The scope of supply includes radars, electronic chart display and information system, high-speed autopilot, heading and speed sensors, echosounder, differential global positioning system (DGPS) receiver and voyage data recorder.

The U.S. Army Product Manager for Joint-Automatic Identification Technology, a part of the Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, has awarded the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-III contract to Savi, a Lockheed Martin company; Northrop Grumman Information Technology; Unisys; and Systems & Processes Engineering Corporation (SPEC). The contract has a ceiling value of $429.4 million and is for commercial active RFID hardware, software and services.

Northrop Grumman Wins Contract to Upgrade Radar Systems for Iraqi Air Force
