Northrop Grumman Awarded Contract for Joint Enterprise Department of Defense Intelligence Information System Infrastructure Software

Northrop Grumman Information Technology is being awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for $177 million. This effort will accomplish the delivery of Joint Enterprise Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) Infrastructure (JEDI) software and DoDIIS Trusted Workstation (DTW) software. This effort will include requirements definition analysis, systems engineering, development, integration management, quality control, requirements definition analysis, systems engineering, development, integration management, quality control, familiarization, integration/interoperability testing, security and system operation and administration.

Northrop Grumman Park Air Systems to Provide Air Traffic Control Ground-Air Communications Systems to Poland

Northrop Grumman Corporation's European subsidiary, Park Air Systems, has been awarded a contract by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency for the provision of an integrated ground-air radio system providing VHF and UHF frequencies. The project involves the installation of three remotely controlled PAE T6 VHF and UHF multichannel radio systems for the air traffic control center at Warsaw and three remotely controlled PAE T6 VHF and UHF multichannel radio systems for the air traffic control center at Katowice.

Northrop Grumman Awarded Air Force Contract for Intelligence Enterprise Support

Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corporation and the U.S. Air Force are modifying a cost-plus-award-fee contract by exercising an option for an estimated cost of $7.6 million. This action will provide the U.S. Strategic Command with intelligence enterprise support. The contract is for operations, maintenance and management of the intelligence information technology networks and intelligence applications through system administration, database management, software maintenance and enhancements, and communications security.

Northrop Grumman Awarded $206 Million Support and Sustainment Contract for Defense Support Program

Northrop Grumman Corporation has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center to provide technical support for the operational Defense Support Program spacecraft, primary infrared sensor and mission analysis. The cost-plus award-fee contract is valued at $206 million if all options are exercised.

Northrop Grumman Awarded Equipment and Logistics Services Contract

Northrop Grumman Corporation has been awarded a task order by the U.S. State Department under the African Contingency Operations Training and Assistance (ACOTA) contract to provide equipment and logistics services. The firm-fixed-price task order is worth more than $36 million over a five-month period. Northrop Grumman and its teammate, ManTech International Corporation, will procure and transport equipment and supplies for African partner nations under the State Department ACOTA program.

Northrop Grumman Receives Contract to Develop New Laser Technology for High-Efficiency Fiber Amplifiers

Northrop Grumman Corporation has been awarded a contract to develop single-frequency fiber amplifiers for the new Revolution in Fiber Lasers program by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Northrop Grumman will design the building blocks needed to combine laser beams that can be scaled to a weapons-class power level while maintaining good beam quality. Northrop Grumman received a $4.5 million, 15-month contract for Phase I, with an option for a $4.6 million, 18-month Phase II contract.

Northrop Grumman Corporation has received a $128 million, firm-fixed-priced contract from the U.S. Army to provide lightweight laser designator rangefinder systems, which provide battle-proven targeting capability for laser-guided, Global Positioning System-guided and conventional munitions.

Northrop Grumman Corporation has been awarded a contract under the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command Rapid Response program to provide support services at multiple locations in Southwest Asia. The Support Services at U.S. Air Forces Central Installations task order is valued at almost $37 million over one base year and one option year.

Northrop Grumman Awarded Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System Contract

The U.S. Army has awarded Northrop Grumman Corporation a contract for Phase 1 of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS) program. IBCS will provide air and missile defense warfighters the advantage of full situational understanding and the tools needed to effectively carry out their mission. The 11-month contract is valued at $15 million. IBCS will establish a network-centric system-of-systems solution for integrating sensors, shooters and battle management, command, control, communications and intelligence systems for Army air and missile defense.

Northrop Grumman Wins $125 Million Contract for Airborne Electronic Attack Systems

Northrop Grumman Corporation has received a firm-fixed-price, 31-month contract from the U.S. Navy for additional improved capability III airborne electronic attack systems for its fleet of EA-6B Prowlers. The contract has a potential value of more than $125 million.
