Rear Adm. David H. Lewis, USN, has been assigned as commander, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego.

Capt. John W. Ailes, USN, has been selected for promotion to rear admiral and will be assigned as chief engineer, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego.

Capt. Christian D. Becker, USN, has been selected for the rank of rear admiral, will be assigned as program executive officer for command, control, communications and intelligence, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego.
