Navmar Applied Sciences Corp., Warminster, Pa., is being awarded a $44,695,815 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract for a Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) effort in support of the Copperhead Unmanned Air Systems, specifically Tigershark Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). This project is for the improvement of sensor and platform capabilities, expansion to additional detachments and sustainment of current detachments.

The Navmar Applied Sciences Corporation, Warminster, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $9,640,400 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for a Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) project under Topic N04-237, "Mobile Shallow Water Antisubmarine Target System."  The objective of this contract is to mature the design of the Shallow Water Target (SWT) System developed under the Phase II SBIR into a production-ready, over-the-side radio-frequency (RF) prototype SWT System and submarine simulator.

NAVMAR Applied Sciences Corporation, Warminster, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a nearly $75 million cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for a Phase III Small Business Innovation Research project for the development and use of the Persistent Surveillance Unmanned Aerial Systems. This effort includes field service representative support; delivery, installation, operation, and maintenance of hardware; continued testing; engineering services; modeling, simulation, analysis; systems engineering and integration. Some work will be performed in Afghanistan.
