CDW to Provide Laptops for Technology Refresh

CDW Government, Vernon Hills, Ill., is being awarded $22,982,965 for delivery order 0024, under a previously awarded requirements contract (M67854-12-D-4153) for a quantity of 19,073 general purpose laptops to support the next-generation enterprise network computer refresh. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.

NETCENTS 2 Contract Vehicle Valued at Nearly $7 Billion

Ace Technology Partners LLC., Arlington Heights, Ill.; CDW Government LLC., Vernon Hills Ill.; CounterTrade Products Inc., Arvada Colo.; FedStore Corp., Rockville Md.; General Dynamics IT, Needham Mass.; Intelligent Decisions Inc., Ashburn Va.; Iron Bow Technologies LLC., Chantilly Va. and World Wide Technology Inc., Maryland Heights Mo., are being awarded a maximum $6.9 billion firm-fixed-price, multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract for Network Centric Solutions (NETCENTS-2) Netcentric Products. This contract vehicle is mandatory for the purchase of netcentric products for Air Force customers. This contract vehicle will provide for commercially available off-the-shelf products to support the Internet Protocol Network and will include the following categories of netcentric products and associated support worldwide: networking equipment, servers/storage, peripherals, multimedia, software (not included on other enterprise licenses), and identity management/biometric hardware and associated software. The contracting activity is Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/HICK, Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, Ala.

CDW Receives Ruggedized Laptop Contract

CDW Government Limited Liability Corporation, Vernon Hills, Illinois, was awarded an $8,293,531 firm-fixed-price contract for 875 Miltope ruggedized laptops and 100 Miltope hard drives. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

U.S. Navy Announces $500 Million Multiple Award ISR Contract Winners

Atlantic Diving Supply Incorporated, Virginia Beach, Virginia; CDW Government, LLC, Vernon Hills, Illinois; Global Technology Resources Incorporated, Denver, Colorado; GTSI Corporation, Herndon, Virginia; iGov Technologies Incorporated, McLean, Virginia; Mercom Incorporated, Pawleys Island, South Carolina; Science Applications International Corporation, McLean, Virginia; Scientific Research Corporation, Atlanta, Georgia; and World Wide Technology Incorporated, St. Louis, Missouri, are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price, multiple award supply contract for the procurement of commercial-off-the-shelf, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, information operations, and information awareness equipment and related incidental support services. Each contractor will be awarded $11,111 at the time of award. These contracts include options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative combined value of these contracts to an estimated $500 million. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity.
