Raytheon Co., El Segundo, Calif., is being awarded $39,000,000 for firm-fixed-price delivery order 0048 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-10-G-0006) for the procurement of 15 AN/APG-79 AESA radar systems for the F/A-18 E/F aircraft. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Raytheon to Provide Miniaturized GPS Receivers to Allies

Raytheon Co., Space and Airborne Systems, El Segundo Calif., was awarded a $38,634,619 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for supplies and services necessary for the production and sustainment of the miniaturized airborne Global Positioning Systems receiver 2000-S24 (MAGR 2000-S24). This contract involves foreign military sales to North Atlantic Treaty Organization and other allied countries. Raytheon to Support Air Traffic Navigation Systems

Raytheon to Provide Thermal Sight Systems to Saudi Arabia

(FA8650-13-D-1553); and BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc., Burlington, Mass., (FA8650-13-D-1628), have been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in the amount of $24,375,000 (shared ceiling for five contracts) for research and development for the Compact Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) and Sustainable Environment (CASE) program. Research is focused on reducing template/database dimensionality and cost for single and multi-phenomenology ATR, while maintaining target identification performance. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Supports Missile Defense for Multiple Nations

Raytheon Co., Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $200,504,841 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, fixed-price-incentive-firm target contract (N00019-11-C-0001) for the procurement of 354 each AIM-9X Block II All Up Round Tactical Low Rate Initial Production Lot 13 Missiles and Block II Active Optical Target Detectors for the U.S. Navy (92), U.S. Air Force (92), and the governments of Morocco (20), Malaysia (20), Kuwait (80); and Oman (50). Raytheon Awarded Nearly $403 Million Missile Defense Contract Modification

Raytheon Co., Integrated Defense Systems, Woburn, Mass., is being awarded a contract modification (P00010) under indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract HQ0147-12-D-0005. The value of this contract modification is $402,880,000, increasing the total ceiling value from $307,580,000 to $710,460,000. Under this modification, the contractor will continue software maintenance, models and simulations, engineering support and Ballistic Missile Defense System test planning, execution and analysis for X-Band radars. This modification will also include software development. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity. 

Raytheon to Support Saudi Arabia Missile Defense Radars

Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, Woburn, Mass. is being awarded a sole-source, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification to HQ0147-12-C-0005 under a foreign military sales (FMS) case to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to provide software updates, contractor logistic support, radar repair and return and technical services on the AN/TPY-2 radars being delivered as part of a whole FMS case as an element of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system. The value of this effort is $83,785,417. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (HQ0147).
