Engineering Services Network Incorporated, Arlington, Virginia, has named Kathleen Casey executive director of Veterans Affairs.

The U.S. Navy has awarded Engineering Service Network Inc. (ESN) a SeaPort Task Order valued at $8.8 million to support integrated voice communications at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Virginia. Under the contract, the company will provide acquisition management and technical support for the Navy's Integrated Voice Communications System (IVCS) Program Office. The IVCS is a shipboard voice distribution system providing tactical communications throughout a variety of Navy ships.

Engineering Services Network, Inc. (ESN), has been awarded a $47 million contract by the U.S. Air Force to provide information technology consolidated service supporting the 75th Air Base Wing, Hill Air Force Base.
