Alion to Provide Software Development and Life-Cycle Support to Maintain Army's Network Planning Terminal

Alion Science and Technology has been awarded a subcontract to provide engineering and technical services to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command at Fort Monmouth, NJ, in support of the Network Planning Terminal. The total value of the task order is in excess of $38 million.

Alion Awarded $8.5 Million Air Force Contract

Alion Science and Technology has been awarded an $8.5 million U.S. Air Force follow-on contract to design and maintain a Web-based system that reports, assesses and predicts Air Force readiness levels. Under the contract, Alion will continue creating the Predictive Readiness Assessment System for the Air Force Readiness Office.

An innovative environment will support a virtual collaborative zone within the U.S. Army's Future Combat Systems (FCS) program. The FCS Advanced Collaborative Environment (FCS ACE) is a secure Web environment that enables government and industry participants to work together and access product, technical and program management information. A $4.3 million contract win allows Alion Science and Technology to help streamline and improve business processes and control investment costs for FCS ACE's entire life cycle.
