U.S. Navy Awards Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Contracts

Global Infotek Inc., Reston, Va.; Grove Resource Solutions Inc., Frederick, Md.; MANDEX Inc., Fairfax, Va.; and Vickers and Nolan Enterprises, Stafford, Va., are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, with provisions for fixed-price-incentive (firm target) and firm-fixed-price task orders, performance-based multiple award contract. The contracts are for the procurement of battle-space awareness services including the integration and test of systems focused on the delivery of battlespace awareness, and intelligence capabilities as well as the integrated employment of information operations (IO) capabilities; the development, integration, and test of intelligence, battlespace awareness, and IO applications and dedicated hardware. The cumulative, estimated value (ceiling) of the base year is $19,752,900. These contracts include options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of these multiple award contracts to an estimated $98,764,500. Work will be performed worldwide and should be completed by June 2014. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity. 

Multiple Firms Awarded Millions in Cyber Contracts

Barling Bay LLC, North Charleston, S.C.; CASE LLC, Alexandria, Va.; DKW Communication Inc., Washington. D.C.; Dynamic Network Enterprises Inc., Stafford, Va.; Grove Resource Solutions Inc., Frederick, Md.; Information Management Group Inc., Fairfax, Va.; Mandex Inc., Fairfax, Va.; Network Security Systems Plus Inc., Falls Church, Va.; Technical Software Services Inc., Pensacola, Fla.; and Vector Planning and Services Inc., San Diego, are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, with provisions for fixed-price-incentive and firm-fixed-price task orders, performance based contract. The contracts are for the procurement of integrated cyber operations support services including the entire spectrum of non-inherently governmental services and solutions associated with the full system lifecycle support including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable command, control, communication, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, information operations, enterprise information services and space capabilities. The cumulative, estimated ceiling value of the base year is $49,918,000. These contracts include options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative ceiling value of these contracts to an estimated $249,590,000. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity.

Cambridge International Systems Incorporated, Arlington, Virginia; Mandex Incorporated, Fairfax, Virginia; Grove Resource Solutions Incorporated, Frederick, Maryland; and United Joint Venture, Reston, Virginia, are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee with fixed-price-incentive (firm target) and firm-fixed-price provisions, multiple award contract for the procurement of battlespace awareness support services including the development, integration, and test of intelligence, battlespace awareness, and information operations applications and dedicated hardware. These contracts include options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of these contracts to a combined estimated value of $249,590,000. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity.
