Maj. Gen. Robert E. Milstead Jr., USMC, has been nominated for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general and assignment as deputy commandant for manpower and reserve affairs, U.S. Marine Corps.

Herbert Brown has been named special agent in charge of the FBI's Sacramento Division.

Mary F. Rook has been named special agent in charge of the FBI's Anchorage Division.

Bethany Sarchet has joined Berk-Tek, a Nexans Company, New Holland, Pennsylvania, as strategic account manager.

Brig. Gen. Garrett Harencak, USAF, has been assigned as commander, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.

Brig. Gen. Sandra E. Finan, USAF,  has received assignment as principal assistant deputy administrator for military application, Office of Defense Programs, National Nuclear Security Administration, Department of Energy, Washington, D.C.

Terry Halvorsen has been selected to serve as the U.S. Department of the Navy's chief information officer.

Rear Adm. Paul B. Becker, USN, has been nominated for assignment as vice director for intelligence, J-2, Joint Staff, Defense Intelligence Agency, Washington, D.C.

Rear Adm. Michael A. Brown, USN, has been nominated for assignment as director, cybersecurity coordination, National Protection and Programs Directorate, Department of Homeland Security, Washington, D.C.

Dennis L. Baker has been named special agent in charge of the FBI's St. Louis Division.
