Lt. Gen. Kenneth J. Glueck Jr., USMC, has been nominated for assignment as deputy commandant for Combat Development and Integration; commanding general, Marine Corps Combat Development Command; commander, U.S. Marine Forces Strategic Command; commanding general, Marine Corps National Capital Region Command; commander, U.S. Marine Corps Forces National Capital Region; and commander, U.S. Marine Forces Cyber Command.

Raytheon, Waltham, Massachusetts, has announced several leadership changes, naming Dr. Thomas A. Kennedy executive vice president and chief operating officer. Daniel J. Crowley was named president, Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. Lynn A. Dugle was named president of the Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) business. John D. Harris II has been named vice president and general manager of the IIS business.

Col. Terrence J. McKenrick, USA, has been selected for the rank of brigadier general and assigned as deputy director for operations, National Joint Operations Intelligence Center, Operations Team-1, J-3, Joint Staff, Washington, D.C.

Maj. Gen. David L. Mann, USA, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and for assignment as the commanding general, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

President Obama has nominated Gen. Philip M. Breedlove, USAF, for assignment as supreme allied commander, Europe and commander, U.S. European Command. The North Atlantic Council approved the appointment of Gen. Breedlove as supreme allied commander, Europe.

American Science and Engineering Incorporated, Billerica, Massachusetts, named Charles P. Dougherty as president and chief executive officer.

Lt. Gen. John E. Hyten, USAF, has been nominated for assignment as commander, Fourteenth Air Force (Air Forces Strategic), Air Force Space Command, and commander, Joint Functional Component Command for Space, U.S. Strategic Command, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California.

Maj. Gen. Michael A. Keltz, USAF, has been assigned as director, intelligence, operations and nuclear integration, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.

Maj. Gen. William J. Bender, USAF, has been assigned as deputy director, operations, Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq, U.S. Central Command, Baghdad, Iraq.
