Multiple Firms to Support Anti-Terrorism Efforts in National Capitol Region

BAE Systems Technology Solutions and Services Incorporated, Rockville, Maryland; Honeywell Technology Solutions Incorporated, Columbia, Maryland; L-3 Services Incorporated, dba C2S2, Mount Laurel, New Jersey; M.C. Dean Incorporated, Dulles, Virginia; ManTech International Corporation, Lexington Park, Maryland; Science Applications International dba SAIC, McLean, Virginia; and VT Milcom Incorporated, Virginia Beach, Virginia are each being awarded a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, performance-based contract that utilizes fixed-price task orders for the procurement of security engineering support services, which support the operational requirements of high-value Navy and other government activities where security is of high or vital interest located in the National Capitol Region. The services required will include systems engineering, analysis, development, acquisition, integration, installation, testing, software development and maintenance, and integrated logistical support for Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Systems. Each contractor will be awarded $3,571 at the time of award. These contracts include options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of these contracts to an estimated $224.9 million. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity.

Multiple Firms Awarded $5.6 Billion Intelligence Analysis Contract

BAE, Mclean, Virginia; Booz Allen Hamilton, Mclean, Virginia; Buffalo Group, Reston, Virginia; CACI, Chantilly, Virginia; CTC, Johnstown, Pennsylvania; Cyberspace Solutions, Reston, Virginia; L3, Reston, Virginia; Lockheed Martin, Alexandria, Virginia; Mission Essential Personnel, Chantilly, Virginia; SAIC, Reston, Virginia; and Veritiss, Reston, Virginia are being awarded a multiple-award, multi-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (Solutions for Intelligence Analysis II) with a potential ceiling of $5.6 billion over a five-year period. Work will be performed worldwide to provide professional support services to the intelligence analysis mission, war fighters, defense planners, and defense and national security policy makers. The Virginia Contracting Activity is the contracting activity.

BAE to Convert Situational Awareness Vehicles

BAE to Provide Electronic Warfare Systems to Saudi Arabia

BAE Systems, Nashua, New Hampshire, is being awarded a $366,547,000 firm-fixed-price contract for 70 Digital Electronic Warfare Systems (DEWS)/Common Missile Warning Systems (CMWS) and spares; three DEWS/CMWS test stations and associated spares; and data. This effort is in support of the Royal Saudi Air Force F-15S to F-15SA conversion. Warner-Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity.

Research Laboratory Awards Geolocation Contracts

ObjectVideo, Reston, Virginia, is being awarded a $15,636,013 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the FINDER Program, which aims to build existing research systems to develop technology that augments the analyst's abilities to address the geolocation task. BAE Systems, Burlington, Maine, is being awarded a $13,784,273 for the same program. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

BAE to Enhance Electronic Warfare Family of Systems

Two Firms to Further Common Infrared Countermeasure Program
