Kingdom of Jordan Purchases Harris Radios

Harris Corporation, Melbourne, Florida, has received a $30 million order to provide the Kingdom of Jordan with tactical radios that will provide advanced communication capabilities in the next phase of the deployment of a modernized command, control, communications, surveillance, intelligence and reconnaissance (C4ISR) system for its military. The Harris Falcon III and Falcon II radio family will deliver the voice and data communications core for the country's new command and control system.

Harris to Provide Radios to Iraqi Security Forces

Harris Corporation, Melbourne, Florida, has received a $51 million order from the government of Iraq to provide high-performance tactical communication solutions for a range of security missions. Iraq is acquiring radios and accessories from both the Harris Falcon II and Falcon III families for its security forces. As part of the order, Harris will provide Falcon III RF-7800S wideband Secure Personal Radios, Falcon II RF-5800M multiband handheld radios and RF-5800H high-frequency manpack radios, along with accessories and training services.
