Foreign Military Sales

Rockwell Collins Incorporated, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $14,495,712 contract  to exercise an option for 168 RT-1851A(C)/ARC receiver-transmitters (including royalty fees) for the government of Saudi Arabia under the Foreign Military Sales program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

ITT-EXELIS Incorporated, Roanoke, Virginia, was awarded a $34,653,724 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide for the procurement of monocular night vision devices in support of Foreign Military Sales for the United Kingdom. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, Linthicum Heights, Maryland, is being awarded an $87.8 million dollar firm fixed price contract a Foreign Military Sales  program which will provide an AN/APG- 68 (V) 9 radar systems for the Royal Thai Air Force (6), the Republic of Iraq (22) and the Royal Air Force of Oman (15) for a total of 43 radar systems. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting authority.

ViaSat, Carlsbad, California, is being awarded more than $27 million for multifunctional information distribution system-low volume terminals (MIDS-LVTs). Data Link Solutions, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was awarded a nearly $24 million contract delivery order for MIDS-LVT. The MIDS-LVT provides secure, high-capacity, jam-resistant, digital data and voice communications capability for U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Army platforms. These awards combine purchases for the United States and the governments of Japan and Australia under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Network Centric Systems, Dallas, Texas, was awarded recently awarded a $25 million contract to provide for the foreign military sale of driver's vision enhancer and commander vision enhancer for the Saudi Arabian national guard. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Contracting Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Harris Corporation, Rochester, New York, was recently awarded a more than $85 million contract for the foreign military sales of radio base stations, vehicle mounts and man packs. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a $6 million modification to a delivery order placed against a previously issued basic ordering agreement to exercise an option for engineering, technical and sustaining services in support of Taiwan Air Force E-2C aircraft under the Foreign Military Sales program. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

DRS C3 & Aviation Company, Horsham, Pennsylvania, was recently awarded a $46 million contract to provide for hardware, services and vehicles for Egypt's border guard surveillance program. The U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command, Contracting Center, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.

Eight companies-The Boeing Company, St. Louis, Missouri; CAE USA Incorporated, Tampa, Florida; Computer Sciences Corporation, Orlando, Florida; Cubic Worldwide Technical Services Incorporated, San Diego, California; Engineering Support Personnel Incorporated, Orlando; Fidelity Technologies Corporation, Reading, Pennsylvania; L-3 Link Simulation & Training Division, Arlington, Texas; and LB&B Associates Incorporated, Columbia, Maryland-are each being awarded contracts to support more than 900 training simulators for the U.S. Navy, Army and Air Force and the governments of Kuwait and Malaysia under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Services include operations and maintenance support, instruction, training device modifications, training device relocations, training system management, in-service engineering office support, spares/product support, and other related trainer support services. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for these multiple award contracts combined is $900 million, and each contractor will be provided an opportunity to compete for individual task orders. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a contract modification of about $8 million to exercise an option for control and guidance section repairs for the AGM-88 High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and the government of Morocco under the Foreign Military Sales program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
