General Electric Wins Video Borescope Procurement Contract
The U.S. Navy's Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has awarded General Electric (GE) Inspection Technologies LP a $22,679,613 contract to procure up to 1,600 common video borescope sets (CVBS), including associated technical and logistics data and training. The CVBS is used to inspect interior engine components and air frames for cracks, foreign object damage and corrosion.
