Lockheed Receives $1 Billion Satellite Contract Modification

Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, Sunnyvale, California, was awarded a $1 billion contract modification to provide for the production of the fourth Advanced Extremely High Frequency Satellite Vehicle 4 (SV4). In addition to delivery of the space vehicle, this effort includes SV4 unique systems engineering; system level factory test; system database management functions; systems level support equipment; and program management. Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Receives Common Cryptologic Solution Contract

Raytheon Company, Fort Wayne, Indiana, was awarded a $31 million contract for one common cryptologic solution for Air Force, Army and Navy radios. U.S. Air Force Electronic Systems Command, San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman to Provide Communications Node for Contingency Operations

Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Incorporated, San Diego, California, was awarded a $74 million contract modification to provide for rapid fielding of expanded Battlefield Airborne Communications Node capability in support of overseas contingency operations. It executes an option for continued maintenance and support of the payload installed in two of three modified BD-700 Global Express aircraft leased from March 2011 through October 2011. Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.

DCG Systems to Provide Logic Analysis Tool

DCG Systems Incorporated, Fremont, California, was awarded a $13 million contract to provide a logic analysis tool program to investigate new methods for the functional testing of a circuit to include logic states and timing of individual transistors and internal nodes of an integrated circuit. Air Force Research Laboratories, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon to Repair AGM-88 Control and Guidance Sections

Raytheon Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a contract modification of about $8 million to exercise an option for control and guidance section repairs for the AGM-88 High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and the government of Morocco under the Foreign Military Sales program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
