Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a $59 million modification to a previously awarded contract for Mode 5 and Mode S identification friend or foe interrogation upgrade efforts in support of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye system development and demonstration. Efforts will include design, implementation, test and evaluation, verification, documentation, acceptance, and certification. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a $9 million delivery order against a previously issued basic order agreement to provide integrated logistics services in support of four low-rate initial production E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft, to include provisioning technical data for aircraft and engines, as well as support equipment. The U.S. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Corp., Bethpage, New York, is being awarded an undefinitized modification to a previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-fee contract for the procurement of one additional E-2D Advanced Hawkeye low-rate initial production Lot 2 aircraft.  The not-to-exceed price for the additional aircraft is $136 million.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
