The award has a potential value of $391 million if all options are exercised.

AnviCom to Support Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command

AnviCom Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Command Information, has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Transportation Command to
provide modernization and life cycle engineering support for a mission-critical supply chain system for the U.S. Army's Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC). The contract has a potential value of $33 million if all options are exercised.

Radio Frequency Identification-III Contract Awarded to Four Vendors

The U.S. Army Product Manager for Joint-Automatic Identification Technology, a part of the Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, has awarded the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-III contract to Savi, a Lockheed Martin company; Northrop Grumman Information Technology; Unisys; and Systems & Processes Engineering Corporation (SPEC). The contract has a ceiling value of $429.4 million and is for commercial active RFID hardware, software and services.

McDonnell Helicopter Company Receives Contract for PPSS Services

McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company has received a $9.5 million firm-fixed-price contract for Post Production System Support (PPSS) Services for The Netherlands. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aviation and Missile Command is the contracting activity.

SimAuthor to Provide Continued Analytical Support to Navy Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance Program

SimAuthor, a wholly owned subsidiary of QinetiQ North America, has been awarded a four-year, $5 million contract from the Commander Naval Air Forces (CNAF) to continue support of CNAF's Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) Bridge program with its flight data analysis, visualization software and MFOQA subject matter expert team.

Elbit Systems and IAI Awarded $141 Million Contract to Supply Combined Airborne Imagery Intelligence Systems to the Turkish Air Force

Elbit Systems Limited and Israel Aerospace Industries Limited (IAI)'s respective subsidiaries, Elbit Systems Electro-Optics Elop Limited (Elbit Systems Electro-Optics) and ELTA Systems Limited (ELTA), have been awarded a $141 million contract to supply the Turkish Air Force with combined airborne imagery intelligence systems. Elbit Systems Electro-Optics received $87 million, and ELTA received $54 million.

Nortel Selects Verizon Internet Protocol Trunking Service to Centralize Its Corporate Voice Infrastructure

Verizon Business and Nortel have reached a three-year agreement in which Nortel will evolve its traditional voice system to Verizon Internet Protocol (IP) Trunking VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) service, which is based on session initiation protocol. In addition, Verizon Business will manage Nortel's existing Verizon Private IP network, enabling Nortel to benefit from expanded managed network service capabilities and industry-leading service level agreements.
