Booze Allen to Support U.S. Air Force Intelligence Enterprise

Booze Allen Hamilton, Herndon, Virginia, is being awarded approximately $19 million for reports and other deliverables to Air Force Research Laboratory Intelligence Data Handling and Understanding Division while developing, testing and deploying survivable, integrated tools for the intelligence enterprise. The reports and deliverables will include the following: technical analyses, studies, assessments, capability gap analysis, and innovation recommendations. Air Force Materiel Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is the contracting activity.

Gendex Dental Selected for Digital and Imaging Systems

Gendex Dental Systems, Des Plaines, Illinois, was awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum of about $13 million for digital and imaging systems. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

NASA Modifies Spectrum Management Contract

NASA has modified a letter contract with ASRC Research and Technology Solutions of Greenbelt, Maryland, for Spectrum Management, Engineering Services and Programmatic Resource Management Support. This contract has a base value of about $36 million with a maximum task order value of an additional $10 million. ASRC will perform required technical support and engineering studies in support of NASA's requirements for spectrum allocations and assignments and support the coordination of national and international spectrum management organizations related to the agency's mission needs, as well as its support of the U.S. commercial space communications industry.

APIC to Develop Optical Clock

ITT to Deliver Radar System to Oman Royal Air Force

ITT Corporation, Van Nuys, California, is being awarded a nearly $12 million contract for testing, delivery, and installation of one airport surveillance radar/monopulse secondary surveillance radar (ASR/MSSR) system for the Royal Air Force of Oman with a mode 4 capability for terminal surveillance of aircraft in support of air traffic control mission requirements at Masirah Air Base in Oman and enhancements of the ASR/MSSR system located at Thumrait Air Base in Oman. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.

BAE Supports Special Communications Requirements

Boeing GPS Sustainment Contract Modified

The Boeing Company, Seal Beach, California, is being awarded an approximate $16 million contract modification to the existing Boeing IIF sustainment contract for the Global Positioning System (GPS). This contract action will provide fiscal 2011 funding for four sustainment contract line item numbers, to include sustainment, contractor software maintenance, sustainment engineering, and technical management agency support; and two space vehicle contract line item numbers to include launch operations support and on-orbit operations support.
