Integral Supports Rapid Attack and Identification Reporting System

Integral Systems Incorporated, Columbia, Maryland, is being awarded a nearly $7 million contract for site preparation efforts to support the Rapid Attack and Identification Reporting Systems block 10 transportable systems. U.S. Navy Modifies Intelligence Services Contract with CACI

CACI Incorporated, Federal, Chantilly, Virginia, is being awarded a nearly $11 increase in scope modification to a previously-awarded contract for scientific, technical, and administrative intelligence-related services. Services provided will involve creating end-user knowledge from intelligence data and products and managing human systems interface of knowledge through processes such as modeling and simulation. Additionally, services will include providing weapon systems science, technology, engineering, and logistics services and support, providing security support services for both collateral and compartmented facilities and programs, providing other administrative and technical services such as preparing technical documents, drafting, and illustrations, and developing and executing an overall contract and project management plan.  The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

U.S. Army Purchases Apache Helmet and Display Sighting System

SRI to Help Improve Ultra High Frequency Radar Detection

Camber to Support Guardian Chemical and Biological Defense Project

Camber Corporation, Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a more than $52 million contract to provide scientific, engineering and technical assistance support services for ongoing engineering, technical, logistical, analytical, training, and business management to the Joint Project Manager, Guardian (JPMG), under the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) for Chemical and Biological Defense. Support shall include: assistance with program acquisition management and documentation, systems engineering, general engineering support, logistics management,  installation survey, design and fielding to include training and evaluation,  information management, software development, defense information technology security certification and accreditation procedure 4,  and command, control, communication, computers and intelligence integration. Camber will also assist with developing Defense Department and inter-agency agreements and briefings that govern JPMG systems, materiel, and personnel. Support shall include: assistance with supporting existing and new start programs, operations and information management support associated with fielding new equipment under joint capability requirements, coordination with U.S. military installations and facilities and assessment support for the JPMG and Joint Product Manager, Installation Protection Program.

U.S. Navy Procures Towed Arrays from Lockheed Martin

Lockheed Martin-MS2, Liverpool, New York, is being awarded a nearly $8 million option to a previously awarded contract for the production and support of multi-function towed arrays for the AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 antisubmarine warfare combat systems. The multi-function towed array is the next-generation passive and active sonar receiver. It affords several enhancements to the AN/SQR-19 Tactical Towed Array System allowing greater coverage, increased capability/reliability, and reduced obsolescence. Multi-function towed array significantly contributes to the capability of surface ships to detect, localize and prosecute undersea threats and is a critical sensor to a combat systems suite. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Boeing to Provide Laser Gyros for U.S. Navy and Australia

The Boeing Company, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a more than $10 million delivery order against a basic ordering agreement for the procurement of 741 Honeywell model GG1320 ring laser gyros for F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft for the U.S. Navy (714) and the government of Australia (27 spares). The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

CSC to Support U.S. Navy Enterprise Network in the Far East

Computer Sciences Corporation, San Diego, California, is being awarded a potential $22 million contract for support services for the operation, maintenance, support, and management of Outside-the-continental-U.S. Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-NET), Far East Region. Work will be performed in Yokosuka, Japan; Guam; Atsugi, Japan; Misawa, Japan; Sasebo, Japan; Korea; Okinawa, Japan; and Singapore. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Gentex to Provide Integrated Communications Helmets
