FLIR Systems Awarded Nearly $16 Million Contract

FLIR Systems Incorporated, Wilsonville, Oregon, was awarded a nearly $16 million contract to provide 36 SAFIRE II night vision and infrared camera systems, and 10 operator classes and 10 maintenance classes. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Contracting Center, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

DRS to Provide Ground Surveillance for Egypt

Lockheed Martin to Provide Periscope Detection Radar

Kollmorgen Wins Potential $123 Million for Photonic Masts

Kollmorgen Corporation, Electro-Optical Division, Northampton, Massachusetts, is being awarded a potential $123 million contract for production systems and firm-fixed price for spares, and cost-plus-fixed fee for engineering services contract for the production of eight AN/BVS-1 photonics mast systems for installation on Virginia-class submarines SSN 784-791, plus associated engineering services and optional photonics mast spares. The AN/BVS-1 photonics mast systems will be installed on the Virginia-class submarines. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington Navy Yard, D.C., is the contracting activity.

M.C. Dean Wins $85 Million U.S. Navy Contract

BAE Wins Adaptive Electronic Warfare Contract

BAE Systems National Security Solutions, Burlington, Massachusetts, is being awarded an $8 million contract for the Behavioral Learning for Adaptive Electronic Warfare (BLADE) program, to develop counter adaptive wireless communication threats in tactical environments and in tactically relevant time scales. The BLADE program will achieve this objective by developing novel algorithms and techniques that will enable Department of Defense electronic warfare systems to automatically learn to jam new radio frequency threats in the field. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin to Replace Aging Antenna Systems
