Raytheon Co., Marlborough, Mass., was awarded a $50,640,962 fixed-price-incentive, firm fixed-price, cost-reimbursement contract for 19 D-RAPCON systems. The D-RAPCON system is a deployable air traffic control surveillance system that provides a supportable, adaptable, persistent, expeditionary terminal approach and enroute surveillance and control capability for use by joint, coalition and civil aircraft worldwide. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/HBAK, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity.

 
Northrop Grumman Aerospace, Hollywood, Md., is being awarded a $13,461,795 modification to existing indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to add three additional years to the contract and to add two contract line items to procure (V)4 Electronic Surveillance Enhancement (ESE) kits and technically refreshed ESEs used in the AN/SLQ-32 anti-ship missile system. The maximum estimated contract ceiling will be increased to $43,030,444 and will have an ordering period of three years after award of the modification of the contract. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity. 

 
Logos Technologies Inc., Arlington, Va., is being awarded an $8,000,994 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract to exercise an option for field service representatives, operators, and analysts required to support Persistent Ground Surveillance Systems Kestrel systems deployed outside of the continental United States. The company also is being awarded a $7,154,836 modification to delivery order #0003 under previously awarded basic ordering agreement for the same purpose. The modifications are in support of a Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Project under Topic 072-019 entitled "Wide Area Video Image Storage Techniques." Work will be performed in Afghanistan and Fairfax, Va., and is expected to be completed in October 2013. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity. 

Northrop Grumman Information Systems, Herndon, Va., is being awarded a $40,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for research, development, enhancement, integration, deployment and sustainment the secure access baseline for the EnterpRise multi-level access solutions for the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency, Department of Homeland Security, Defense Intelligence Agency, and other intelligence community and Defense Department customers. The contracting activity is Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, N.Y.

Cobham’s Brazilian subsidiary has secured its first major contract in Brazil to equip state police helicopters with high definition video surveillance downlinks, which will be used on helicopters in 12 cities during the 2013 Confederations Cup and the 2014 World Cup. The contract was developed with a local integration partner following the opening of the Cobham’s Sao Paulo office in August 2012 and includes both airborne and ground based equipment. This procurement was made through the newly-formed Extraordinary Secretariat for Security at Large Scale Events.

The Science Applications International Corp., Arlington Va., is being awarded a $9,468,199 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development of configurable technology to provide anti-submarine warfare surveillance over large, operationally relevant, deep ocean areas. This effort will include system architecture and design, sensors and processing, communications mobility, and energy requirements. This contract was competitively procured via a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency broad agency announcement. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.

Insitu Inc., Bingen, Wash., is being awarded a $7,826,247 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract to exercise an option for operational and maintenance services in support of the ScanEagle Unmanned Aerial Systems. These services will provide electro-optical/infrared and mid-wave infrared imagery in support of land-based operations in Operation Enduring Freedom to provide real-time imagery and data. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity. 

 
The Boeing Co., Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $12,354,787 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract for services on three P-8A Training Systems to provide training for P-8A aircraft that operate with a Test Release 12 (TR-12) aircraft software version. In addition, this modification provides for analysis of Aircraft Program Revision Records that define changes to the aircraft between the previously delivered Block 9.2 configuration of training devices and the target TR-12 configuration shall be analyzed for applicability to the training system. The Naval Air System Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity. 

 
All Native Services, Winnebago, Neb., is being awarded a $15,009,514 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-fixed fee research and development contract to exercise option year two for the Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate. The Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate will promote research and development, which will result in a prototype of a Cerberus Lite system, which will be capable of becoming a four-person hand carried portable unit. Support areas include infrared, laser, thermal imaging and other related sensor technologies. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division, Indian Head, Md., is the contracting activity.
