Lockheed Martin Corp., Liverpool, N.Y., was awarded a $145,921,161 modification (P00022) to contract W15P7T-12-C-C015 for an additional thirteen AN/TPQ-53 radar systems, along with 13 corresponding sets of on-board spares. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen, Md., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin to Provide Radar Testing Equipment

Lockheed Martin Supports Multi-Mode Radar System

Owego, N.Y. is being awarded $10,630,597 for firm-fixed-price delivery order 7048 against a previously awarded firm-fixed-price long term contract (N00383-09-D-021F) for the repair of 13 items in support of the Multi-Mode Radar System, and the Electronic Measurement System for the H-60R Helicopter. The Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity.

British Firm to Provide Radar Decoy System

Airborne Systems Ltd., Bridgend, United Kingdom, is being awarded a $17,976,844 firm-fixed-price job order to previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00164-13-G-WM55-0003) for the procurement of components in support of the MK 59 Mod 0 Decoy Launch System (DLS). The MK 59 DLS is a deck-mounted countermeasure system that is used to launch an advanced inflatable radar decoy cartridge to confuse hostile tracking and homing associated with anti-ship missiles by simulating the radar cross section of the ship. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity.

SRCTec to Support Surveillance and Target Acquisition Radar

SRCTec Inc., Syracuse, N.Y., was awarded a $7,222,543 firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract with options for procuring, installing and providing spare parts for the ground based dense and avoid lightweight surveillance and target acquisition radar. Raytheon Receives Radar Contract Modification

Raytheon to Repair Radar Systems

Northrop Grumman Awarded G/ATOR Modification

December 27, 2013

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Linthicum Heights, Md., is being awarded a $10,500,000 modification under a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (M67854-07-C-2072) for the Ground/Air Task-Oriented Radar engineering and manufacturing development phase for associated engineering support services and related program cost increases. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.

Exelis Awarded Estonia Radar Contract

Exelis, Van Nuys, Calif., has received a contract valued at more than $8 million to provide transportable, precision ground control approach capabilities to the Estonian armed forces, the company recently announced. The GCA-2020 radar system will enable Estonia Amari Air baseto support NATO exercises, contingencies and humanitarian efforts. 
The solution provides Estonia with a transportable, solid-state, electronically scanning radar providing three functions—primary surveillance, secondary surveillance and precision approach—in a single integrated unit.
