Raytheon Company, Integrated Defense Systems, Sudbury, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $15,783,949 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for engineering and technical services in support of the Relocatable Over the Horizon Radar (ROTHR) system for the Forces Surveillance Support Center, Chesapeake, Virginia.
