Dean Inc., Dulles, Va.; Qinetiq North America Inc., Services and Solutions Group, Fairfax, Va.; Science Applications International Corp., McLean, Va.; Sotera Defense Solutions Inc., Virginia Beach, Va.; Scientific Research Corp., Atlanta; and ManTech Systems Engineering Corp., Fairfax, Va., are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, performance-based multiple award contract with provisions for fixed-price-incentive and firm-fixed-price task orders. The contracts are for the procurement of decision superiority support services including the entire spectrum of non-inherently governmental services and solutions (equipment and services) associated with the full system lifecycle support, including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable command, control, communication, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (C5ISR), information operations, enterprise information services and space capabilities. The cumulative, estimated ceiling value of the base year is $179,957,600. These contracts include options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative ceiling value of these contracts to an estimated $899,788,000. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity. 

Five Firms Awarded Autonomous Systems Contracts

Five firms have been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide program and configuration management, technical services, systems engineering, hardware and software development, material analysis, testing, repair, and installation services in support of projects for autonomous and non-autonomous systems, as well as, maritime intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and information operations enabling technologies. All awardees will compete for task orders during the ordering period. Awardees and potential contract amounts are: Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Annapolis, Md., $64,767,382; DRS Technical Services Inc., Herndon Va., $63,032,636; Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., San Diego, Calif., Science Applications International Corp.,San Diego, $56,761,735; and General Dynamics Information Technology Inc., Fairfax Va., $48,420,344. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.

BAH Supports Cyber Readiness

Booz Allen Hamilton Incorporated, Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a not to exceed $9,917,282 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for continuation of technical and analytical support services for the Operational Designated Approval Authority (ODAA) and the Office of Compliance and Assessment (OCA). Support shall include assisting the ODAA in certification and accreditation and related activities for systems, sites, networks, and applications and assisting the OCA with conducting command cyber readiness inspections and cyber security inspections. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity.

Multiple Firms Awarded $5.6 Billion Intelligence Analysis Contract

BAE, Mclean, Virginia; Booz Allen Hamilton, Mclean, Virginia; Buffalo Group, Reston, Virginia; CACI, Chantilly, Virginia; CTC, Johnstown, Pennsylvania; Cyberspace Solutions, Reston, Virginia; L3, Reston, Virginia; Lockheed Martin, Alexandria, Virginia; Mission Essential Personnel, Chantilly, Virginia; SAIC, Reston, Virginia; and Veritiss, Reston, Virginia are being awarded a multiple-award, multi-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (Solutions for Intelligence Analysis II) with a potential ceiling of $5.6 billion over a five-year period. Work will be performed worldwide to provide professional support services to the intelligence analysis mission, war fighters, defense planners, and defense and national security policy makers. The Virginia Contracting Activity is the contracting activity.

BAH to Develop Survivability Technology

The contractor logistics support sustainment division will use these scientific and technical information reports to create a single, all-hazards program focus that shall minimize vulnerability. ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is the contracting activity.
