BAH to Support Saudi Naval Forces

Booz Allen Hamilton Incorporated, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $12,481,100 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide support services to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) in the areas of training and education; engineering; program and financial management; plans and programs; communications, command, control, computers and intelligence (C4I); naval operations; manpower and personnel management; technical support; logistics and supply; English language training; special studies and management. This contract contains options, which if exercised will bring the contract value to $37,264,370. Work will be performed in Saudi Arabia (90 percent), Washington, D.C., (5 percent), and Pensacola, Florida area (5 percent), and work is expected to be completed by July 31, 2015. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office, Philadelphia, is the contracting activity (N00189-14-C-Z039).

BAH to Support Naval Enterprise Networks Office

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., McLean, Va., is being awarded $12,502,113 for task order NS27 under a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee, six-month bridge contract (N00178-04-D-4024) for program management office support for the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems, Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) office. Services being acquired are program management, financial management and administrative services in support of the NEN program office. The Space and Naval Warfare System Command, San Diego, Calif., awarded the contract on behalf of its organizational partner, Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems, and is the contracting activity (N00039-14-C-0036).

Three Firms to Support Shore Networks

Booz Allen Hamilton, McLean, Va., is being awarded a potential estimated $79,344,625 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee multiple award contract to support shore networks with sustainment services for the Base Level Information Infrastructure to include project management; engineering, technical and integrated logistics support; configuration management; certification and accreditation and enterprise applications. Science Applications International Corp., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a potential estimated $73,228,573, and Engility Corp., Mt. Laurel, N.J., is being awarded a potential estimated $67,773,004. Fiscal 2013 operations and maintenance, Navy and Fiscal 2013 Other Procurement, Navy funds will be obligated against individual task orders as they are issued, and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity. 

Two Firms to Support Emerging Navigation Technologies

Booz Allen Hamilton Engineering Services LLC, Annapolis, Md., is being awarded a $30,864,036 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple-award contract for support of emerging navigation technologies for air and shipboard command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance system applications. Coherent Technical Services Inc., Lexington Park, Md., is being awarded a $29,057,148 contract. These contracts include project management, systems engineering, integration, requirements analysis, basic research, development, testing, and life-cycle sustainment of both software and hardware related to emerging and existing technologies. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.

U.S. Navy Awards Potential $899 Million for Battlespace Awareness

IS&GS, Herndon, Va.; SAIC Inc., McLean, Va.; and Scientific Research Corp., Atlanta, Ga., are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, with provisions for fixed-price-incentive (firm target) and firm-fixed-price task orders, performance based contract for the procurement of battle-space awareness support services including the development, integration, and test of intelligence, battlespace awareness, and information operations applications and dedicated hardware. The cumulative, estimated value of the base year is $179,912,000. These contracts include options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of these contracts to an estimated $899,560,000. BAH to Develop Survivability Technology

Booz Allen Hamilton Incorporated, Hendon, Virginia, is being awarded a $21,145,243 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery, and requirements contract for research and development in order to complete survivability technology and vulnerability of threat assessments, risk assessments and forecast reports, and the survivability and vulnerability resource analysis report. The contractor logistics support sustainment division will use these scientific and technical information reports to create a single, all-hazards program focus that shall minimize vulnerability. ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is the contracting activity.
